Shipping & Returns
Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to us up to 30 days from your item's ship date. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take from to 2-10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.How do I return an item? Simply purchase a return satchel and post your parcel to the following address: PO Box 30, Sylvania Southgate NSW 2224. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been desptached you will receive an email from our warehouse notifying you of your despatch date and tracking number.
How long until I receive my order? Orders will be received within 2-5 business days from order confirmation for Australian residents only. For International shipping we expect your order to arrive within 14-21 business days.
What are your delivery options? We offer 3 types of shipping. Standard Domestic shipping, Registered Domestic shipping and Flat Rate International shipping.
Do you provide International delivery? We offer international shipping to any destination. Charges are $30AUD to NZ and a flat rate of $60AUD to anywhere else in the world!
